Tired after a long plane trip? Don’t want to drive during the night to your holiday villa? You can ask in advance to have a chauffeur-driven car waiting to collect you and drive you to your location while his assistant delivers your car to your Italian accommodation. Please check the cost and regional availability of this service with us. We can also - Notify you about ferry timetables - arrange a private boat - arrange any transfers by taxi, minivan or deluxe car from the airport to your villa. - provide you with a luxury car throughout your stay at the holiday villa in Tuscany and in many other regions. Transfer from airports, train station, port and from all the Italian cities -We are waiting for you inside the airport/trains station, port with your name sign. car Rentals

CAR RENTALS: We can provide the car rental service, supplying with automatic and manual transmission cars, ranging from the small Fiat Panda (or similar) to 7 seat MPV (multi purpose vehicle), cabriolet, 9 seat minibus and vans, all with air conditioning, stereo CD and all the necessary to guarantee the best service. It could be possible rent also a navigator GPS and child seats. We can deliver and collect the vehicles at the airports ( Rome , Florence and Perugia ) or at the train stations. This service allows our clients to avoid the long waiting lines which are using found when collecting a rental vehicle. Of course it could be possible deliver and collect the vehicles directly at your Villa. Once you arrive at your accommodation using our limousine service, you will find your car right there without any problems and in a total relax. On your arrival at the Tuscan or Italian holiday villa you will be welcomed by the caretakers. They will then show you how operate the household appliances and any household systems, fixtures or fittings. They will also give you written instructions on them.

food shops are closed on sunday?

Your arrival will be on a Saturday at your Italian holiday villa, and what could be better than arriving at your Italian villa and opening the fridge containing all your favourite foods? No problem - just send us a detailed shopping list a week before your arrival and the villa staff will ensure a fully, personally-stocked fridge. The service has a cost of euros 30 plus food bills.

Traditional cooking lessons will be held directly in the villa of your choice by a chef or in a specified place, depending on the number of participants. The core service includes: 3-4 hours of practical lessons, 3 course meal, ingredients, chef, assistant chef, final kitchen clean up, dinner for those who do not wish to participate.

Local cooks at the villa: this service is generally provided according guests need and It is normally agreed at the time of the booking. The cost may be arranged per week as a forfait ( client will pay apart the food bills) or per dinner per person. Local cook come highly recommended by the owners of the villas in Italy and they are skilled in preparing traditional and regional Italian dishes.

maid service, extra or included?

In the majority of our holiday Italian villas maid service is not included or partially included in the rental cost. However, where this service is not included or it is not sufficient for your needs we will provide it for you. In the majority of our villas it's possible to have a more frequent indoor cleaning at an extra cost. All our properties provide a maid service for outdoor cleaning and park and swimming pool maintenance included in the rental cost. We recommend you to communicate us, 90 days in advance, days and hours for the requested services.

In most of the Tuscan or Italian villas Services on request (i.e. laundry, extra cleaning, maid service, baby-sitting) are indicated on each property description. We kindly ask our Guests to communicate us, at least 90 days in advance, dates and hours for the requested services. These services are payable directly to the owner, according to the prices agreed with him. The maid and cooking staff are not employed directly by Villa & Charme so we can not take responsibility if the person becomes unavailable or is considered unsuitable.
