This villa is in the middle of a large Tuscan estate that includes 600 hectares (1480 acres) of cultivated land and forests. This is an ideal location for relaxing with family and friends and visiting sites in the area. The seaside is only about 15 kilometers away. The swimming pool is located on the hillside just below the house overlooking the gently rolling hills. In front of the villa there is a shaded terrace with a large table for dining al fresco. This villa features exposed wood beams, cotto tile flooring, and brick arches and is tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan country style. It is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a table and dining/living room. The kitchen, living and dining areas are divided by large brick arches. Double bedroom - bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead up to the first floor, which has three more bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has two twin beds. All of the bathrooms have showers. Screens at windows.
