This historic villa in Arezzo, walking distance to shops and restaurants, from the early 1800's is ideal for large groups and for guest demanding a central location and walking distance to town. Only 2 km from Arezzo the villa is set in a large private park and surrounded by a very well kept garden with flowers and limon trees The villa offers unique views on the city of Arezzo and a large pool, 7m x 15m with nice garden furniture, a covered barbecue area with a fixed barbecue, sink and refrigerator, a kind of outdoor kitchen that makes it very easy to have fresh drinks or a outdoor meal or a BBQ party by the pool. There are showers with warm water at the pool. This villa has been restored maintaining original details and each room has its one charm and personality and decor, it has been divided into independent apartments so as to offer privacy to large groups. A common large dining area offers possibility to eat all together. A mixture of Tuscan furniture combined with the most modern facilities like a telephone line, Wireless internet connection, SAT-TV and washing machines. We find that only a few modern pieces in the furniture are not at the level of the villa style, (The main entrance is beautiful! ) and garden. A few living area with fireplace and a larger living in the dining room. The villa has 13 bedrooms and a passage room in the attic floor but may accommodates till 30 people.

Positioned less than 2 km from Arezzo, it is an easy walk into town and nearby restaurants, shops and cafes. The weekly market is held every Saturday and is literally minutes away from the villa by foot. A little further away � but still very walk-able (less than 15 minutes) - is the national train station with connections for Florence, Rome and Venice. You will also find that Arezzo has an excellent bus system to Siena, Perugia and Cortona. This rental holiday home is ideal for groups of persons who would prefer not to rent lots of cars.
