Villa “the Boat” is so named because of its unique seafront and looks out upon one of the most enchanting bays of the island. No written description can substitute looking at the fantastic photos themselves. (Please check more photos link) At a first glance you may ask yourself “Is it a yacht or a villa?” The Villa, which has just been completely renovated, features large windows offering panoramic terrific panoramic sea views over the lovely bay, as if you really were on the bow of a ship. Inside parquet floor, en-suite comfortable bedrooms with sea views, colourful decor, and a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable covered terrace with deck chairs and table for outside dining. This villa has a wonderfully appealing maritime atmosphere! There is direct access to the rocks below the house and alternatively access to the sandy beach via an easy path of 150 mt. The beach offers complete beach services including bar, restaurant and a grocery shop. Access to the villa is by foot from the car park which is just 200 mt away (at extra charge)

” The Boat” is on 3 different levels, each with direct access to the terraced mediterranean garden. Ground floor : double bed room with en-suite bathroom - fully equipped kitchen - large living room with panoramic windows that open onto a fully furnished terrace with lovely 360 degrees sea views . A staircase leads to the first floor: twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom – From the entrance a staircase leads to the lower ground floor : double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. GF : with independent access from the garden : double bedroom with sofa bed for 2 children. ( This bedroom is not interconnect with the other inside rooms) All the bedrooms have beautiful sea views.

The bay

The central location of is very advantageous due to the short distances between the north and the south coastal areas. This allows fast and easy transit between the north and south beach areas so that depending on the wind, you can always easily go to beaches where the water is calm and safer. This is a special secret of the island. The famous beaches of Marina di Campo, Procchio, Cavoli, Fetovaia are between 4 and 10 km away, while the less frequented beaches Spartaia, Campo al'Aia , Paolina, il Colle, are between 3 and 14 km away.
